In
what follows, we would like to share with you our experience, which
we gained at the presentations of our project.
At first, our project was presented four times, at four different
places. One of these places was the German Arnstorf. At these
presentations we had to "sell ourselves", namely our
firm, but our products, too.
Before anyone would think that probably this "was a very
easy thing to do", because we only had to stand out and to
say our "story", we had to assure, that it wasn't! A
very hard preparation preceded each of the presentations.

And now,
let's take them by one!
The semifinal: It was in Satu Mare, in
the G. M. Zamfirescu culture house, on the 4th May 2004. Although
the place was familiar for us (here was organized the game's Workshop),
we were very anxious, because we didn't make something like this
before. The excitement bungled a little the presentation, but finally,
everything became OK and so, we won the semifinal. Here (as it should
be seen on the right photo) we presented our business by a report.
After this, we offered the jury our specialities: pancake with curd
and raisin, and the VitaminBomb (apple juice + carrot juice).

The final:
The "Big Day" was on 28th May 2004. It was organized in
Satu Mare, in the Dinu Lipatti Philharmonic. We had a little more
time to prepare for here. We thought that a little music should
help a lot. In this way, we made a little "remix" to the
Gipsy Kings' Volare number. With a little help we rewrited the lyrics
as which included the essence of our business. This became the FoodBoys
"hit". And finally, the "magic recipe" is: a
little music with a little "food show" and a little dancing,
and it can't miss the jury's snack. We were excited here, too, but
everything had gone smoothly. The final result: we won the final,
we can say that we gave a 100% performance :-)

Of course,
we were very happy, because we won the audience's extra prize, too.
It was a great cake, which we couldn't had eaten in a week, and
so it was distributed among the people (we just had the fortune
to taste it - it was very delicious!). |

We were
very happy for the first place, but we felt relieved because the
end (we thought that). We were sufficiently tired, but it was worth!
We recommend for everyone!
We were delighted for the short celebrating, too, because it hadn't
happened with us to be such "stars" and to give so much
interviews. Although it took for a short time, it remained a beautiful
experience for us.

Arnstorf:
Among the prizes was an excursion in Arnstorf, Germany. Here is
the head office of the Hans Lindner GMBH and of the Hans Lindner
Foundation.

It was
betwen 23-27. november. After the final we thought that it will
be a simple excursion. We got to know only later that we will present
the project there, too...
During October we started to prepare for the presentation. We were
working on a totally new "show". This time, we concentrated
on the business and the financial plan, without any singing :-)
We made the preparations for the journey at "fever
pitch", and slowly the day of departure arrived.Although we
had to stand all kind of weather conditions (snow, sunshining, pouring
rain), everything was all right. |
We
arrived at the evening in Arnstorf. We were very excited because
the presentation was on the following day. Fortunately this went
smoothly, too, like the final. We felt that they rejoiced at us.
In the following days of the excursion we were
at a lot of places. We were among others in the BMW plant in Landshut
and we can admired the beautiful Passau. We will remember it for
a long time. |

The
last "station" was again in Satu Mare, the
II. Ötletbörze game opening ceremony. It was on the 9th
December 2004. in Satu Mare, in the Prefecture's building. Here
we presented the Romanian version of the German "show",
with success. |

Here
it is the end. Finally, we only want to encourage everyone to take
on this game, because we can get a lot of useful and beautiful experience!
